1、燃气发电机组启动前的准备
1. Preparation before starting the gas generator set
机组初次运转,长期停放后再次运转或日常工作启动,启动前做好以下工作,使机组处于良好状态。
For the first operation of the unit, if it is parked for a long time and then restarted or started for daily work, the following work should be done before starting to keep the unit in good condition.
(1)机组及配套辅助系统零部件应齐全、完整、各紧固联接部位联接正确、牢固;油、气、水管路密封良好,不泄露,电路、可靠。旋转件部位附近不准有杂物。

②当站内环境温度≤5℃时,应将机油预热20℃,且禁止使用明火预热。

(3)冷却系统

检查膨胀水箱内的冷却液液面是否达到规定位置,同时检查冷却液状况,并根据需要添加防锈油或防冻液等添加剂。
Check if the coolant level in the expansion tank reaches the specified position, and also check the condition of the coolant. Add rust proof oil or antifreeze additives as needed.
当环境温度低时,应将冷却液预热20℃。

(4)进气系统

①检查气源压力是否符合机组工作规定压力范围,供气管路、阀门是否渗漏并作处理。

②发电机组进气控制系统是否运动灵活,辅助运动部位应及时补加润滑脂。

(5)启动系统

检查启动柜或蓄电池电缆连接是否正确,是否接触良好、紧固可靠。电源应接通。

(6)盘车

手动或电动预供油,用盘车工具盘转曲轴少两圈,检查机组曲轴等主要部件是否工作顺畅,不得有卡碰及其他异常现象 。
Manual or electric pre oil supply, use a turning tool to turn the crankshaft at least two times, check whether the main components of the unit such as the crankshaft are working smoothly, and there should be no jamming or other abnormal phenomena.
(7) 检查相序

若机组并网或并联运行,运行前应用相序表进行相序检查,确保机组间的相序或机组与电网的相序相同。

(3)冷却系统

(8)TEM系统检查
(8) TEM system inspection
①检查TEM系统电气连接是否正常。
① Check if the electrical connections of the TEM system are normal.
②连接工控机主机、显示器、键盘、鼠标、电源线等配件,将计算机串口线连接好。
② Connect the industrial computer host, monitor, keyboard, mouse, power cord and other accessories, and connect the computer serial port cable.
③检查各插头接线是否连接正确、可靠。确认无误后,接通TEM电子管理系统的外部电源,启动工控机。
③ Check whether the wiring of each plug is connected correctly and reliably. After confirming the accuracy, connect the external power supply of the TEM electronic management system and start the industrial computer.
④旋出 TEM电子管理系统 操作面板上的“紧急停机”按钮,按下“启动”按钮,各蝶门应能正确、可靠动作,各步进电机控制器显示启动步数。
④ Rotate the "emergency stop" button on the TEM electronic management system operation panel, press the "start" button, and each butterfly door should be able to operate correctly and reliably. The stepper motor controller should display the number of start steps.
⑤分别按“左燃气+-、空气+-、右燃气+-、右空气+-”旋钮,相应的步进电机控制器应显示正常、各蝶门动作应正常。
⑤ Press the "Left Gas+-, Air+-, Right Gas+-, Right Air+-" knobs respectively, and the corresponding stepper motor controller should display normally, and each butterfly door should operate normally.
⑥按下“紧急停机”按钮,各燃气蝶门均应关闭,步数回零,开度显示回零。按下“关闭空气”按钮,各空气蝶门均应关闭,步数回零,开度显示回零。
⑥ Press the "emergency stop" button, all gas butterfly valves should be closed, the steps should return to zero, and the opening display should return to zero. ⑦再次旋出 “ 紧急停机 ” 按钮,按下 “ 启动 ” ,反复按上述步骤检查少 2 次,各蝶门动作应正常。
⑦ Rotate the "emergency stop" button again, press the "start" button, and repeat the above steps at least twice to check that all butterfly doors are functioning properly.

(9)集中控制柜
(9) Centralized control cabinet
使用ECS电子控制系统的燃气发电机组,做好集中控制柜的准备。
Prepare a centralized control cabinet for the gas generator set using the ECS electronic control system.
①连接集中控制柜燃气机组接线盒间的控制电缆,连接控制屏的控制电缆。
① Connect the control cable between the centralized control cabinet and the gas turbine junction box, and connect the control cable to the control panel.
②检查各插头、各组成单元接线是否连接正确、可靠,确认无误后,即可接通电源,启动集中控制柜控制系统。
② Check whether each plug and component unit is connected correctly and reliably. After confirming that there are no errors, the power can be turned on and the centralized control cabinet control system can be started.
③初次送电后要对设置参数进行设置。
③ After the initial power transmission, the setting parameters should be adjusted.
(10)细水雾输送系统检查
(10) Inspection of fine water mist conveying system
①检查电气连接是否与图纸相符,系统供电是否正常。
① Check if the electrical connections match the drawings and if the system power supply is functioning properly.
②电气连接检查后可以通电,通电后检查监控界面的设备状态是否正常,连接正常后检查所有检测点是否有显示。
② After electrical connection inspection, power can be turned on. After power on, check whether the device status on the monitoring interface is normal. After normal connection, check whether all detection points are displayed.
③给水雾输送继电控制柜送电,打开水雾水池电磁阀,将水池蓄水溢水口。
③ Power the relay control cabinet for water mist transmission, open the solenoid valve of the water mist pool, and fill the pool with water to the overflow outlet.
④将水雾监控启动系统旋自动控制状态,利用监控系统界面的控制面板操作启动一号泵或二号泵。

⑤查看 水池、水封及燃气温度是否在设定范围内。

⑦水池补水阀、排水泵工作正常,水位未超过设定的上下限位。

⑧ 当水雾流量和压力显示正常后,启动燃气总管阀门的电动蝶阀。

(11)控制屏准备工作
(11) Preparation work for control screen
①检查、确定主断路器处于“连接”状态。
① Check and confirm that the main circuit breaker is in the "connected" state.
②将三个电源开关打开

a.将 “ 直流电源 ” 开关置于 “ 开(ON) ” 位置。
a. Place the "DC power" switch in the "ON" position.
b.将 “ 电调电源 ” 开关置于 “ 开(ON) ” 位置。
b. Place the "ESC power supply" switch in the "ON" position.
c.将 “ 电磁阀电源 ” 开关置于 “ 开(ON) ” 位置,使电动蝶阀通电。
c. Place the "Electromagnetic Valve Power" switch in the "ON" position to energize the electric butterfly valve.
③检查七个电位器是否处于正确位置
③ Check if the seven potentiometers are in the correct position
a.将 “ 同步装置 ” 开关置于 “ 断 ” 位置。
a. Place the "synchronization device" switch in the "off" position.
b.将 “ 电压测量 ” 开关置于任意位置。

c.将 “ 怠速/额定 ” 开关置于 “ 怠速 ” 位置(德国海因兹曼电子调速系统无此电位器)。
c. Place the "idle/rated" switch in the "idle" position (this potentiometer is not available in the German Heinzmann electronic speed control system).
d.将 “ 紧急停机 ” 旋钮置于 “ 旋开 ” 状态。
d. Place the "emergency stop" knob in the "turn on" position.
e.将“转速微调”电位器旋置于中间位置(5圈,10圈电位器)。
e. Turn the "speed adjustment" potentiometer to the middle position (5 turns, 10 turns potentiometer).
f.将“电压整定”电位器置于中间位置(5圈,10圈电位器)。
f. Place the "voltage setting" potentiometer in the middle position (5 turns, 10 turns potentiometer).
g.将“功率因数自动/手动”开关置于“手动”位置。
g. Place the "Power Factor Auto/Manual" switch in the "Manual" position.
④检查控制屏的报警铃和报警指示灯是否工作正常。方法为:

2、通入燃气
2. Introduce gas
(1)打开手动燃气阀门。

(2)手动将电动蝶阀拨“开”位置,使燃气进入机组。

3、机组启动
3. Unit startup
(1)机组长期停放,次启动前应 排空。方法为:关闭燃气总阀门,切断机组燃气供给,断开磁电机与点火线圈连线,预供油后,使启动马达带动发动机空转、将气缸内的余气排空。排空时应注意不要烧坏启动马达。
(1) The unit should be emptied before the first start-up if it is parked for a long time. The method is to close the gas main valve, cut off the gas supply to the unit, disconnect the connection between the magnetic motor and the ignition coil, pre supply oil, and let the starter motor drive the engine to idle and exhaust the remaining gas in the cylinder. Be careful not to burn out the starter motor when emptying.
(2)给电动预供油泵通电, 手摇机油泵和电动预供油泵配合使用,当机油压力表指示为以上时,停止供油。
(2) Power on the electric pre supply oil pump, and use the hand cranked oil pump in conjunction with the electric pre supply oil pump. When the oil pressure gauge indicates above, stop supplying oil.
(3) 给启动马达通电,启动发动机。
(3) Power on the starter motor and start the engine.
启动马达连续运行不得超过5秒。若一次启动不成功,则间隔少2分钟后方可再次启动,并于再次启动前将发动机气缸内剩余气体排空;若机组连续三次未能启动,应立即停止,查明原因并排除后方可再次启动。 如果连续启动次数过多,马达热量无法散失,会烧坏启动马达。
The starting motor should not run continuously for more than 5 seconds. If the first start is unsuccessful, wait for at least 2 minutes before restarting, and exhaust the remaining gas in the engine cylinder before restarting; If the unit fails to start for three consecutive times, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified and eliminated before restarting. If the number of consecutive starts is too many, the heat of the motor cannot be dissipated, which will burn out the starting motor.
4、暖机运行
4. Warm up operation
(1)查看主油道、增压器的机油压力数值,滤前与滤后压力差,如不正常应立即查找原因。
(1) Check the oil pressure values of the main oil passage and turbocharger, as well as the pressure difference between the pre filter and post filter. If it is abnormal, immediately investigate the cause.
(2)打开气缸盖上罩壳,观察摇臂及横桥各点、面摩擦副回油状况,有回油流出是正常的,回油微量或没有,说明外润滑管路或摇臂、横桥油道阻塞,应松开外润滑管查找原因或疏通、更换横桥、摇臂。如果大摇臂铜套两端回油量非常大,说明铜套与摇臂轴间隙过大,应及时更换铜套。
(2) Open the cylinder head cover and observe the return oil condition of the rocker arm and cross bridge friction pair at each point and surface. It is normal for oil to flow out, but if there is little or no return oil, it indicates that the external lubrication pipeline or rocker arm and cross bridge oil passage is blocked. The external lubrication pipeline should be loosened to find the cause or to clear or replace the cross bridge and rocker arm. If the oil return at both ends of the large rocker arm copper sleeve is very large, it indicates that the clearance between the copper sleeve and the rocker arm shaft is too large, and the copper sleeve should be replaced in a timely manner.
(3)旋开水泵放水阀少许,若有强劲水柱冲出,则表明供水正常。新机或拆检过冷却管系的机组,应打开缸盖高温回水管线上的放气螺塞,检查两排气缸供水是否正常。
(3) Loosen the drain valve of the water pump slightly. If there is a strong water column rushing out, it indicates that the water supply is normal. For new units or units that have undergone dismantling and inspection of the cooling pipe system, the vent plug on the high-temperature return water pipeline of the cylinder head should be opened to check whether the water supply to the two rows of cylinders is normal.
(4)检查机组外观状况,不得有漏水、漏油、漏气现象。所有零部件应固定牢固,不得有明显的振动或松动现象。
(4) Check the appearance of the unit for any water, oil, or gas leaks. All components should be firmly fixed without obvious vibration or looseness.
(5)观察发动机排气烟色是否正常,呼吸器有无异常烟气,监听机组有无异常声响(敲击声、放炮声、吹嘘声等)。
(5) Observe whether the exhaust smoke color of the engine is normal, whether there is abnormal smoke in the respirator, and monitor whether there is any abnormal sound from the unit (knocking sound, blasting sound, bragging sound, etc.).
(6)嗅发动机是否有焦味、燃气味。
(6) Smell the engine for any burnt or gas smell.
(7)用手背感觉各气缸盖升温速度是否平衡、各冷却管线前后温度是否正常。正常情况下,各冷却管线前后温度应一致,各缸升温速度较均匀一致。如某冷却管线前后温度不一致,说明管线内产生气阻;如有个别缸升温较快且在正常工作时缸温也偏高,说明缸盖内水腔狭窄,冷却水流量受到限制,不能及时把热量传送出去。
(7) Use the back of your hand to feel whether the heating speed of each cylinder head is balanced and whether the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline is normal. Under normal circumstances, the temperature before and after each cooling pipeline should be consistent, and the heating rate of each cylinder should be relatively uniform and consistent. If the temperature before and after a certain cooling pipeline is inconsistent, it indicates that there is air resistance inside the pipeline; If a few cylinders heat up quickly and the cylinder temperature is also high during normal operation, it indicates that the water chamber in the cylinder head is narrow, the cooling water flow is limited, and the heat cannot be transferred out in a timely manner.
(8)充分暖机(一般水温、油温20℃以上)后,将控制屏上 “ 怠速/额定 ” 转换开关置于 “ 额定 ” 位置,机组将提速、在额定转速下运行。待水温、油温均上升到40℃以上,再观察机组各仪表指示是否正常。若机组各仪表指示正常,则可并网发电。
(8) After fully warming up (generally with water temperature and oil temperature above 20 ℃), place the "idle/rated" switch on the control screen in the "rated" position, and the unit will accelerate and operate at the rated speed. Wait for the water and oil temperatures to rise above 40 ℃, and then observe whether the instrument readings of the unit are normal. If all instruments of the unit indicate normally, it can be connected to the grid for power generation.
